Today I had the great honour of welcoming one of our Honorary Doctors, Prof Rattan Lal, to NMBU. Prof Rattan Lal is a world leading scientist on climate change and Director of Carbon Management and Sequestration Center at Ohio State University, US. He was awarded Honorary Doctor at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (UMB) in 2005, and we are proud to have him as one of Our Honorary Doctors!
Professor Rattan Lal is presenting today at a seminar hosted by Jordforeningen. His topic will be the «Soil and Peace nexus».
